Every market cycle presents new opportunities for growth and innovation. Following the global financial crisis in 2008, I continued my career with Sotheby’s International Realty in Morocco, broadening my international perspective and working with a diverse global clientele.
Upon returning to Marbella in 2010, I became actively involved in a new phase of the market, specializing in distressed assets, bank-owned properties, debt acquisitions and auction opportunities. Advising private investors and international investment funds on complex transactions further strengthened my ability to identify exceptional opportunities and provide strategic guidance in every market environment.
In 2016, I founded Marbella Sky Corp with a clear vision: to create a boutique real estate agency where excellence, discretion, professionalism and highly personalized service would define every client relationship.
Over the years, the property market has evolved in response to economic, political and global events. Yet Marbella has consistently reinforced its position as one of the world’s most desirable and secure destinations for luxury living and real estate investment. My passion for real estate began at an early age, inspired by a family tradition that instilled in me a genuine appreciation for the industry. In 1989, I moved to the Costa del Sol, where I was immediately captivated by Marbella’s exceptional lifestyle, year-round Mediterranean climate, and its growing reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious residential destinations.
The early years of my career coincided with a remarkable period of growth in the Marbella property market, providing the opportunity to build extensive expertise in luxury real estate. I was entrusted with the sales management of new developments at Sotheby’s Marbella under the leadership of Kristina Szekely, one of the most respected names in Marbella’s luxury property market. During this period, I was involved in the marketing and sales of 13 residential developments across the Costa del Sol, while also contributing to international projects in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Morocco, and Mexico.
